➼ How to use Rose Quartz

These are mere suggestions, but you will find you are drawn to either the raw or the smooth rose quartz at one time or another, or you might choose to share the gift and split one for your loved one or special friend and meditate with them together. Take time to look at the quartz and connect mindfully. Then when you are in a relaxed space, take the quartz to your heart and relax, sink into its loving embrace and just enjoy the energy. Spend at least 15 minutes, preferably more.

You can also use the rose quartz to make a loving gem elixir, simply place the smooth one into filtered water under the moonlight or within daylight (not directly under) for an hour and enjoy.

➼ What is Palo Santo and how to use

Palo Santo is called 'Holy Wood'. Traditionally, it is burned by Incas, indigenous people of the Andes, Shamans and medicine people for spiritual purifying, energy cleansing and healing. Some of the most well-known Palo Santo uses include inspiring creativity, evoking protection, infusing blessings and bringing both love and good fortune.

Use a candle, match or lighter to ignite your stick of Palo Santo. Hold at about a 45 degree angle pointing the tip down toward the flame. Allow it to burn for about 30 secs to 1 minute and then blow out or it might burn out naturally. Move about your workspace, home, car, bathroom or anywhere you would like to clear the energy or enjoy the aroma for meditation, it has a beautiful sensual woody smell.
