Spirit Writing And How It Can Support You
My Journey With Spirit Writing
I have always had a love of writing and a strong connection with Spirit, but until a few years ago, I never thought to pair the two together.
This beautiful relationship happened during my Angelic Energy Healing training a few years back, though I might have unconsciously been doing it for a while during my meanderings of written pieces but never put two and two together.
When presented with the challenge to connect with Spirit and just write, it threw me somewhat. Not believing in myself that anything would happen. I struggled to even start the ball rolling, letting my scrutineous self poppycock it all.
However, I decided to trust, connect and asked for support.
What happened next?
It was as if someone just dropped words into me, I could hear and see the formations of the syllables and through letting go, embracing trust I let this drift in to what I was writing. Sometimes it comes thick and fast and I struggle to keep up. My writing isn’t great at the best of times, so reading them back can sometimes be a bit of a challenge.
Sometimes it takes a little more time, and I know when my ‘head’ gets involved as it doesn’t flow and so I have to rest for a second, clear and go back.
The writings tend to come through in quite an esoteric old style of poetry, sometimes with words I do not even understand myself.
Over time, people started to ask me to one for them and so it grew from there.
What Use Is A Spirit Writing For Me?
I see my Spirit Writings as a guide to give your soul impulses on it’s journey through life.
They might not make sense completely immediately but they inevitably will do and sometimes they resonate strongly as soon as they are read.
I believe they will make sense when the time is right and you are meant to either action something, release or heal in some way furthering your journey in alignment with your soul purpose. They are keepsakes.
What Do I Do With It Though?
Meditation – I encourage my clients to use this as a piece of meditation, focusing on the words, for when we read the words we set that energetic pattern in to place, inviting ourselves to become in alignment with our path or at least set out the call for guidance. This I encourage repeatedly over time.
Journaling – I encourage my clients to take some quiet time, to read through their piece, reflect and journal, this way recording feelings and encouraging insights.
Focal Piece – I also have had some clients print and frame their piece, put it up as something to reflect upon, to remind them in their daily lives.

The Chariots of Fire quell the salt of the Earth as she basks in her glory against might and against foe.
They sitteth deep within a place that most not go, a place so beholden that she dare not let it be so.
